Anna recently joined the School of Tourism from a management career in the hotel industry and is undertaking her PhD in the area of service management, with a particular focus on internal service quality, employee attitudes and antecedent HR strategies in the international casino industry. Anna’s teaching specialisation is in the area of hospitality/hotel management. Anna is currently working on a major research project that is investigating HR aspects of employing Generation Y in the hospitality industry. Since joining the School in August 2008, Anna has been published in the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management and has recently had an article accepted for publication in the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Education.
